A Quick Step-by-Step Mini Samosa Recipe 

First, we will prepare the samosa filling, and then we will proceed with making the samosa cover. 

1.Samosa Filling:

  • To make the samosa filling, first gather all the ingredients together.
  • Boil and chop the potatoes, then cut the green chilli and coriander. 
  • Then, put oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and let them pop.
